Awesome deals and speedy transactions!

I was a bit nervous about sending my iPad Pro. They kept me updated throughout the whole thing, and if the deal isn’t what you want, you can say no. Everything went super fast and smooth... I totally recommend it 100%.

I came across this company online, so I thought I’d give them a try. Their website showed decent payouts, so I figured it was worth a shot. I sent in my 14” MacBook Pro, which was in excellent shape, and they offered me just $120. I was really surprised because that laptop had 2000GB and was in pristine condition. I turned down their offer, and the young secretary, Justin, who emailed me, mentioned they would lose money shipping my laptop back. I told them that wasn’t my issue and to return my laptop. I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m thinking about taking my receipts and device info to the police to file a stolen merchandise report. It’s a real bummer when you feel like you’ve been scammed.

This company seems to be teetering between ethical and unethical practices. They invented some questionable reasons to drop my offer for the Macbook Air I wanted to sell from 200 bucks down to 80. I put in a lot of effort cleaning the laptop, wiping the data, resetting it, and all that jazz. It’s clear they use this shady tactic on many, if not all, of the items they get (I noticed similar complaints in other Trustpilot reviews with 4 and 3 stars, so it’s a recurring issue). I turned down their low offer and asked them to return my Macbook; there are plenty of other companies out there ready to pay me the full $200. Naturally, they went quiet for a few weeks. When I finally remembered to follow up, I found out that the staff member, Colin Luna, who had been in touch with me, had left the company. (Just another hint that they’re a bit of a disorganized bunch in a warehouse somewhere in Missouri, trying to lowball three out of four sellers and make a quick buck, with staff coming and going all the time.) Fortunately, I managed to get a different person to respond, wrap up my order, and send me my cash. That’s why I’m giving them a 3.5 out of 5 stars: I did get my money, but only after I had to chase it down myself and after they tried their sneaky tactics to undercut me. So, watch out!

I really dig this company and how quickly they get back to you. With the new option to do bank transfers for payments, they’ve become my top choice for selling Apple gear.

I sent in three phones, each with different levels of working condition. I negotiated for a better deal on one of the devices, and we settled on a compromise.

This is probably the 6th or 7th gadget we've offloaded to Sell Shark. The process is super easy. They usually have the best deals out there. Plus, payment comes through fast. It's my top choice for getting rid of older Apple gear.

Easy experience. I wasn’t told before shipping that the battery health had to be over 80 percent. Since I had already mailed it, I accepted the lower offer they provided after my phone didn’t pass inspection. Just a heads up. The payment did come through as expected, and I’d consider using them again… but only after I fully grasp all the guidelines.

Everything went super smoothly. I received a prepaid label, sent it off, and right after it got there, they checked it out. The whole thing, including the payment, was done in no time.

The team was really nice and did their job well. He even went out of his way to see if we could get a better deal for my phones by checking with the manufacturer.

The transaction was simple and hassle-free. I really appreciated chatting with a real person when I had queries about the whole thing. I'd definitely do business with this company again without a doubt.

This spot is really great! Of course, you gotta expect some of those crazy little things that lower prices. Everybody's gotta earn a living, and this is the joint that does it quickly and fairly.

They informed me that the display was swapped out, which is why they dropped the price! All the other parts of the iMac were genuine. They sent a fuzzy picture to back it up, but I couldn’t see a thing. I’m willing to take a lower offer to wrap this up.

Had an awesome time with this business. No issues whatsoever. Everything they promised is legit. I’d definitely sell here again.
